Pictures at an Exhibition: Mussorgsky and Ravel
New West Campus, Laura C. Muir Performing Arts Theatre
1:30pm
Mussorgsky composed Pictures in 1874 after the death if his good friend, artist and architect Victor Hartman. This suite was based on architectural and life drawings by Hartman and orchestrated by Maurice Ravel in 1922. Free admission.
