Marketing grad featured in sales book

Michelle Bailey, a graduate of the Marketing Management Diploma Program, stars in the latest edition of the textbook ABC's of Relationship Selling, published by McGraw-Hill Ryerson.

Michelle is featured at the beginning of Chapter 4 under the heading "Keys to a successful selling career."
Experienced in cold calling, customer service and hospitality, Michelle now works as project coordinator responsible for dispatch, sales and marketing at Smart Scanning, a sub-surface imaging company in Richmond.
