Douglas College Dental Assisting grad volunteers in Sierra Leone

Sonya Van Hove, a graduate of the Douglas College Dental Assisting program, spent a month in Sierra Leone last summer providing dental care to people in need. Sonya worked onboard the Africa Mercy, a hospital ship operated by the international charity Mercy Ships.
