Douglas College presents Hispanic Cultures Speaker Series

If you're tired of this long, cool, grey winter, March offers you two events that will help spice things up, Latino style!

The Douglas College Hispanic Cultures speaker series presents:

Salsa Music: Latino identity through a musical lens with Sal Ferreras, percussionist, producer, educator and ethnomusicologist.

As part of the Vancouver Latin American Film Festival, a free screening of Rudo y Cursi ("Rude and Tacky," in Spanish, with English subtitles), one of the top grossing Mexican films of all time.
