Douglas College holds Toastmasters open house


Want to wow people when you speak? Interested in how you can be more successful at school and work? What are you doing next Tuesday?

You are cordially invited to an open house of Douglas Toastmasters Tuesday, Nov. 29, 5-6:15pm, in the Students’ Union Building, Room 207, New West Campus. You'll hear a presentation of Mustapha Lansana’s contest-winning speech, “Living in the Present,”at this special event.

Douglas Toastmasters is part of Toastmasters International, a non-profit organization with more than 250,000 members in 106 countries, offering an enjoyable way to practise and hone communication and leadership skills. The club meets every Tuesday from 5-6:15pm in the DSU building.
