Update Sunday October 2, 2011, 10pm:
This weekend's systems update is done. myDouglas as well as student, faculty and employee self-service will be available by 8am on Monday, October 3. U-Pass dispensing machines will be available Monday morning as well.

*********************************

Due to a major systems upgrade this weekend, myDouglas, as well as student, faculty and employee self-service are unavailable.

U-Pass dispensers are also unavailable.

These services will be available by 8am Monday, Oct. 3. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

U-Pass dispensers became unavailable as of Thursday evening. We apologize for the lack of notice and we understand the inconvenience to students who still need to get their October U-Pass.

If you're one of those students, hang on to your transit tickets from this weekend. Douglas College will reimburse you for up to 10 transit trips that you take on Saturday October 1 and Sunday October 2, and in the 10 trips you can include one trip on Monday to get to campus. U-Pass dispensers will be available by 8am on Monday, October 3.

To have your transit travel reimbursed, bring your transit tickets to the cashier's office at the New Westminster Campus, or to the Registrar's Office at the Coquitlam Campus by Friday, October 7.
