Douglas College SE grad opens bakery at River Market

New West is about to get a little tastier - in  a Latin kind of way.

Alfonso Fernandez, a graduate of the Douglas College Self Employment Program, along with his wife, Katia Mayo, are opening a bakery at New Westminster's River Market Quay in early October.
